Bob Mantz - Owner I have been working within the traffic pole and lighting industry for over 40 years. I have been a registered Professional Engineer in the states of OH, PA, MA, NY, MD, VA, NC & SC and am experienced with Peek NEMA controllers and Safetran 170 controllers. For 38 years I have been a member of ASME and NSPE. After graduating from Case University I began working for Union Metal where I was a sales engineer for traffic poles, utility poles, and sign structures. For over twenty years I have been acting as an agent/distributor out of Virginia.
	Armand Damiano- Vice President of Engineering & Sales Over my 26 years in the pole industry I’ve not only seen, but solved for every unusual foundation condition, construction mishap, and structural configuration. I love the challenge of a difficult problem and the creativity involved in solving it. As a holder of 5 patents within the industry I know more than just a tabulated text-book answer. I was trained as a materials, geotechnical, and structural engineer and am a registered Professional Engineer in numerous states. For 6 years I worked with Valmont. I can help make your design aesthetically pleasing while staying within your budget. I am the author of Spanwire and other analysis software used by many DOT’s and consulting engineering firms within the United States and in Europe. I have been a guest lecturer at industry conferences.
	Brad Mantz- Materials & Purchasing Manager In short I’ll get the job done-everytime. As manager of our warehouse for the past 8 years, I know and carry all the signal hardware and product parts you need. If you run short on a job site, I have one on hand you can pick up.
